Several different issues can cause the red light to flash.
Resolution
- Solution 1: Ensure that the printer cover is closed tightly
- Solution 2: Ensure that you are using the correct roll
- Solution 3: Reinstall the paper roll

If the issue is not resolved, try solution 2.
Solution 2: Ensure that you are using the correct roll
The correct roll for the Brother QL-1050 label printer is DK-1241.
If the issue is not resolved, try solution 3.
