Flashing red light on the Brother QL-1100 (1E44) or QL-1110NWB label printer in SendPro Online, PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise
Several different things can cause the red light to flash on the Brother QL-1100 (1E44) or QL-1110NWB label printer.

Issue
The red light is flashing on the Brother QL-1100 (1E44) or QL-1110NWB label printer.
Cause
Several different issues can cause the red light to flash.
Resolution
Solution 1: Ensure that the printer cover is closed tightly
If the issue is not resolved, try solution 2.
Solution 2: Ensure that you are using the correct roll
The correct roll for the Brother QL-1100 or QL-1110NWB label printer is DK-1247 (Pitney Bowes part #SL-DK-1247).
If the issue is not resolved, try solution 3.
Solution 3: Reinstall the paper roll
