Power light flashing red and blue on the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto
Reboot your device if the power light flashes red and blue.
Products affected: SendPro® C Lite, SendPro® C, SendPro®+, SendPro® C Auto (2H00, 8H00, 9H00)
Issue
The power light is flashing red and blue.
Cause
The file system may be corrupt. Ensure you switch the device on and off correctly.
Resolution
- Unplug the power cord. The screen should turn off after 10 seconds.
- Wait 30 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back in. Check the wall outlet is functioning correctly.
- Quickly tap and release the power button to turn the meter on.
- When turning the meter on, just tap the power button. Do not hold it down.
- When turning the meter off, hold the power button for only 5 seconds.
- Repeat steps 1 to 4 twice to see if the power button changes to steady white.
