The error message "No Meters associated with your profile. Click here to Login again" is displayed and you cannot access reports.
- You do not have an account number associated with your account.
- You have changed pitneybowes.com accounts.
To resolve this error, ensure that you have added your account number to Total Meter Reporting. See How to add your 10-digit account number to Total Meter Reporting
If you have changed your username, or are still getting this after adding your account number, contact technical support. Please have your model and serial number ready.
