Reboot your device if the scale weight changes to one ounce after removing a mailpiece.

Issue
After removing a mailpiece from the scale, the weight changes to one ounce.
Cause
There is a problem with the device software.
Resolution
Remove the scale, then restart the device:
- Unplug the power cord. The screen should turn off after 10 seconds.
- Wait 30 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back in. Check the wall outlet is functioning correctly.
- Quickly tap and release the power button to turn the device back on.
