Resolve Error E01 on the DI200 and Relay 1000

Issue

The DI200™ / Relay™ 1000 displays error E01 and will not run.

Cause

Door D is not fully latched closed.

Resolution

Follow these steps to resolve error E01:
  1. Open door D.
  2. Remove any material.
  3. Close the door D making sure it fully latches.
If the issue is not resolved, contact customer support from 8 am to 8 pm Eastern Time. Please have your model number ready.
