Error messages on the ParcelPoint Smart Lockers
Under certain conditions, the kiosk screen displays the following error messages.
Locker door is left open
If you have not closed a locker door after retrieving or delivering a package, the kiosk screen displays the following message.
Close the locker door and tap Got it at the kiosk screen to continue.
Unable to open locker door - remove from service and continue
If the kiosk system is unable to open a locker door while you are collecting packages, it will prompt you to remove the locker from service.
To continue collecting other packages you may have, tap on the check box for Remove locker from service, then Collect Another Package. Then contact the Pitney Bowes Service Center.
Unable to open locker door - remove from service
If you are removing expired lockers for example and the kiosk system is unable to open a locker door so you can remove a package, it will prompt you to remove the locker from service.
To continue removing other expired lockers, tap Remove locker from service. The kiosk system will take you back to the previous step in the operation and you can continue removing other expired lockers.
