Configuring the Meter Interface App for SendPro Enterprise

The Meter Interface App allows you to process metered mail on a meter that interfaces with SendPro Enterprise.

1. Open the Meter Interface App using one of these three methods:
   • Double-click the MeterInterface shortcut on the desktop.
   • Navigate to Windows Start > MeterInterface > MeterInterface.
   • Right-click on the MeterInterface icon in the system tray (small icons by the clock) and select Start.
2. Select the Server Setting tab.
3. At the prompt, enter the administrator password: P1tney!
4. Select OK.
5. Select the configuration options:

   Item	Type	Description
   Cost Center Label	TextBox	The value to display as the alternative to the default ‘Cost Center’
   Required/Hide (Cost Center)	CheckBox	Allows an administrator to select whether to hide or make required the Cost Center field.
   Company Code Label	TextBox	The value to display as the alternative to the default ‘Company Code’.
   Required/Hide (Company Code)	CheckBox	Allows an administrator to select whether to hide or make required the Company Code field.
   Account Code Label	TextBox	The value to display as the alternative to the default ‘Account Code’.
   Required/Hide (Account Code)	CheckBox	Allows an administrator to select whether to hide or make required the the Account Code field.
   Map Cost Center	Dropdown List	Allows the administrator to select a reference field into which the Cost Center value will be automatically copied, when selected.
   Default Meter Rate	TextBox	The desired default meter rate.
   Show Meter Rate Textbox	Checkbox	Allows an administrator to toggle the visibility of the default meter rate on the Batch Meter App tab.
   Allow Edit Meter Rate	Checkbox	Allows an administrator to choose whether to allow a user to alter the default meter rate on the Batch Meter App tab.
   Reset to Default Rate After Batch Close	Checkbox	Allows an administrator to elect to have the default meter rate reset after closing a batch if the user had altered the default value.
   Hide Dimensions and Weight	Checkbox	Allows an administrator to choose whether to display the weight and dimensions fields on the Batch Meter App tab.
   Default Cost Center for Offline Corrections	Textbox	Allows an administrator to choose the cost center to which offline batches will be assigned.

6. Select Save.
