Make a Payment Online

IMPORTANT: Payments made after 4:30pm ET will be processed on the next business day and can take up to 2 business days to be reflected in Your Account online.
 

1. Sign In to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal
2. Expand the Billing & Financials dropdown from the navigation bar and select View & Pay Invoices.
3. Select the Pay button for the invoice you want to pay.
4. Enter the desired payment date using the Select Payment Date field.
5. From the Select Payment Method field select the bank account to be debited.
   • Note: Use the Add a Bank Account link to add a payment method to your profile.
6. Select the Review button.
7. Verify payment details are correct, then select the Submit Payment button or select the Edit Payment Settings button at the top of the page to modify.
8. Select the Print Receipt button to print/save your payment confirmation details.

Bank Account Transfers (ACH or Wire)

Mail a Check

Invoice Payments: The payee name and address are provided on the invoice payment coupon. Include the coupon with the payment and note the 10-digit account number on the check.

Payment to Deposit Account: Include Deposit Account Number on the check.
