If you see the message "We can't let you in. You’ll need permission first.", the email address you are using to sign in does not have access to the SendPro Online or PitneyShip service.
Products affected: SendPro® Online, PitneyShip™, Connect+® 500W, Connect+® 1000, Connect+® 2000, Connect+® 3000, SendPro® P1000, SendPro® P1500, SendPro® P2000, SendPro® P3000
Issue
The message "We can't let you in. You’ll need permission first." appears in SendPro Online or PitneyShip or on the Connect+ series and SendPro P.
Cause
The email address you are using to sign in does not have access to the SendPro Online or PitneyShip service.
Resolution
If you are the SendPro Online or PitneyShip account holder, please contact us.
If you are an invited SendPro Online or PitneyShip sub-user, contact your SendPro Online or PitneyShip Administrator.
