Reprinting a shipping label in PitneyShip Pro or PitneyShip Enterprise

You can reprint a shipping label up to 24 hours from the initial printing.
Products affected: PitneyShip® Pro, PitneyShip® Enterprise

You can reprint a shipping label up to 24 hours from the initial printing. After that, the reprint option will no longer be available.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

Reprinting a label that you just printed

  1. In the confirmation of the label that you just printed, select Reprint Label.

  2. If prompted, select the printer you wish to use.
  3. Select the box to agree to the conditions.
  4. Select Reprint Label.

Reprint a label from the History screen

  1. From the Shipping & Mailing menu, select Shipping & Postage History.
  2. Select the arrow next to the label you wish to reprint.
  3. Select Reprint Label.
  4. If prompted, select the printer you wish to use.
  5. Select the box to agree to the conditions.
  6. Select Reprint Label.

Reprinting a label from a multi-piece shipment

  1. From the Shipping & Mailing menu, select Shipping & Postage History.
  2. Select the arrow next to the shipment that contains the label you wish to reprint.
  3. Select the item you need to reprint, then select Reprint Label.

  6. Select Reprint Label.
