Deleting a ship request in PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise
If a ship request is no longer needed, you can delete it.
Products affected: PitneyShip®, PitneyShip® Pro, PitneyShip® Enterprise
If a ship request is no longer needed, you can delete it.
Watch this video or follow the steps below to learn how to delete a ship request.
- From the menu, select Manage Ship Request.
- Select the box next to the ship request you wish to delete.
- Select Delete Selected.
- Select Delete to confirm.
