Deleting a ship request in PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise

If a ship request is no longer needed, you can delete it.
Products affected: PitneyShip®, PitneyShip® Pro, PitneyShip® Enterprise

If a ship request is no longer needed, you can delete it.

Watch this video or follow the steps below to learn how to delete a ship request.

  1. From the Shipping & Mailing menu, select Manage Ship Request.
  2. Select the box next to the ship request you wish to delete.
  3. Select Delete Selected.
  4. Select Delete to confirm.
