Can't exit sleep mode on the SendPro Mailstation

Follow these steps if your SendPro® Mailstation is stuck on "Going to sleep" or the device is asleep but will not wake.

Issue

Your device is stuck on the "Going to Sleep" screen or is asleep and will not wake.

Resolution

  1. Disconnect the scale and any other USB connected device from the SendPro Mailstation.
  2. Disconnect the power cord from the back of the machine.
  3. Wait ten seconds.
  4. Plug the cord back in firmly.
  5. Tap the power button.
  6. Reconnect the scale after the device reaches the Home screen.
    IMPORTANT: Do not connect any USB device except the scale.
