Signing in to PitneyTrack Inbound, PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, PitneyShip Enterprise, PitneyAnalytics, or the Locker Management Module without a Welcome email

If you do not receive the Welcome email, you can go to the signin page and use the "Forgot your password?" link to reset your password.
Products affected: PitneyShip™, PitneyShip™ Pro, PitneyShip™ Enterprise, PitneyTrack® Inbound, PitneyAnalytics™, Locker Management Module

If you did not receive the Welcome email, go to the sign in page and use the Forgot your password? link to reset your password. For more information, see Changing or resetting your password.

Once your password has been reset, you should be able to sign in.
