Incorrect package weight when using the PitneyShip Cube with PitneyShip

Issue

The package weight field is incorrect when weighing your package or letter.

Resolution

Zero the scale on the PitneyShip Cube. Remove any packages or letters from the scale before zeroing the scale.

Before zeroing the scale, ensure the protective scale spacers have been removed from the scale.

From the Create Shipping Labels page:

1. Make sure your PitneyShip Cube is the selected printer. Click the drop-down next to the weight fields and select your PitneyShip Cube.
2. Click the zero scale arrow.

The scale will now zero out the weight.

From the settings page:

1. Click the gear icon to access settings and select PitneyShip Cube.
2. Click on Zero Scale.

The scale will now zero out the weight.
