Issue
The package weight field is incorrect when weighing your package or letter.
Resolution
Zero the scale on the PitneyShip Cube. Remove any packages or letters from the scale before zeroing the scale.
Zero the scale from the Shipping Label page
- Tap your package type.
- Tap Zero Scale next to the weight field.
The scale will now zero out the weight. Make sure you place items on the center of the scale before weighing your package again.

- Tap More > About Device.
- Tap Zero Scale.
The scale will now zero out the weight. Make sure you place items on the center of the scale before weighing your package again.
