Searching for ecommerce orders in SendPro Enterprise

Once your has been set up for ecommerce by a Pitney Bowes representative, users can search for orders in the ecommerce app.

Once your has been set up for ecommerce by a Pitney Bowes representative, users can search for orders in the ecommerce app. If you don't have the ecommerce app, contact your account representative.

  1. Open the ecommerce app.
  2. Select From Date and choose a start date.
  3. Select To Date and choose an end date.
  4. (Optional) Select a field to search from the Fields list.
  5. Select an operator from the Operator list.
  6. Enter what you want to search for in the Search For Value box.
  7. Select ADD. The search query will appear in the lower text box of the Search Options section.
  8. (Optional) Select a condition from the Condition list.
  9. Repeat steps 4-8 until complete.
  10. Select SEARCH.
  11. (Optional) Select CLEAR to remove all search criteria and start over.
