Zeroing the scale on the SendPro MailCenter 1000, 2000, and 3000
Zero the scale if you have an attached scale and it displays a weight greater than zero when there is nothing on the scale.
Products affected: SendPro® MailCenter 1000, SendPro® MailCenter 2000, SendPro® MailCenter 3000
Zero the scale if you have an attached scale and it displays a weight greater than zero when there is nothing on the scale.
- Select Run Mail on the Home screen.
- Select the Weighing button.
- Select Attached scale.
- Select Zero Scale under the current weight.
- Select OK to return to the Run Mail screen.
