Changing the envelope size on the SendPro MailCenter 1000, 2000, and 3000

Change the envelope size to ensure the meter prints correctly for the size of the envelope you are using.

Note: If you feed envelopes in a different size than the one you selected, graphics or addresses may shift or disappear.

1. Select Run Mail from the Home screen.
2. Ensure that the appropriate job is open and selected on the Run Mail screen.
3. Select anywhere on the image of the envelope or select Edit Envelope.
4. Select Envelope size.
5. Select the appropriate size: (#10, Flat, Post Card, Custom).
6. Select OK to return to the Run Mail screen.
