Setting the envelope or tape quantity on the SendPro MailCenter 1000, 2000, and 3000

You can set the number of envelopes or tapes you want to print. The meter counts down and stops automatically after it processes that number of pieces.

Set the envelope quantity

1. Select Run Mail from the Home screen.
2. Ensure that the appropriate job is open and selected on the Run Mail screen.
3. Select Options and then select the Show envelope quantity feature check box.
4. Select Options to hide the Options menu.
5. Select the Quantity field.
6. Select one of the available quantities or enter a different number in the Another quantity field. Select OK. The maximum envelope quantity is 10000.
7. Select Start. The meter stops once it prints the number of envelopes you entered.

Set the tape quantity

1. Select Run Mail from the Home screen.
2. Ensure that the appropriate job is open and selected on the Run Mail screen.
3. Select Tape quantity.
4. Select one of the available quantities or enter a different number in the Another quantity field. Select OK. The maximum tape quantity is 100.
5. Select Tape. The meter stops once it prints the number of envelopes you entered.
