Setting the default job on the SendPro MailCenter 1000, 2000, and 3000

Set the default job to store the most commonly used job on your meter. Your meter automatically selects the default job when you restart it.

You can set the default job by editing it and then saving the changes, or you can open a different job and save that job as the default job.

Postage Correction and Date Correction jobs cannot be set as the default job.

Setting the default Job on the Run Mail screen

1. Select Run Mail from the Home screen.
2. Select the desired job settings (postage class, account and graphic required etc.).
3. Select Save As.
4. Enter the new job name and then select OK.
5. Select Options.
6. Select Save this job as default job. The selected job appears on the default jobs tab.

Setting the default job on the Jobs screen

1. Select Jobs from the Home screen.
2. Select the job you want to make the default.
3. Select Options and then select Make this job the default job.The meter gives the selected job the default icon.
4. Select OK to return to the Run Mail screen.
