Clearing a tape jam on the SendPro MailCenter

Follow these steps to clear a tape jam on the SendPro® MailCenter system.
Products affected: SendPro® MailCenter 1000, SendPro® MailCenter 2000, SendPro® MailCenter 3000

Issue

When a tape stoppage occurs, an error message will display.

Resolution

  1. Lift the printer cover.

  2. Press the blue tape lever to the left and remove the stopped tape.

  3. Close the printer cover.
  4. Select Resume printing to continue printing tapes.
