Refilling the sealant bottle on the SendPro MailCenter 1000, 2000, and 3000

Refill the sealant bottle when the E-Z Seal® is running low.

A message appears telling you when the E-Z Seal is running low. When you receive this message, your meter can still seal approximately 50 envelopes.

Pitney Bowes recommends using E-Z Seal because it helps keep your moistener tank clean and improves sealing performance.

1. The envelope sealant bottle is located under the supplies cover (1). The tape sealant bottle is located at the rear on the right hand side of the meter (2).
   Note: The tape sealant bottle is an optional feature for the SendPro MailCenter 3000.
   
2. Lift the sealant bottle out of the cradle.
3. Remove the cap from the bottle.
4. Add enough E-Z Seal to bring the level up to the bottom of the throat of the bottle. Do not overfill the bottle.
5. Replace and tighten the cap and return the bottle to its original position.
