Sealing envelopes without printing postage on the SendPro MailCenter 1000, 2000, and 3000

You can seal envelopes without printing anything on the envelope. If your meter uses accounting, a piece count will be included in accounting reports.

1. Select Run Mail from the Home screen.
2. Select Options.
3. Select Create a new job.
4. Select Sealing only, No printing and then select OK.
5. If necessary, select an account.
6. Select Start to begin feeding and sealing envelopes.
7. If you want to save this job, select Save as.
8. Enter the new job name and then select OK.

Exiting Seal Only mode

1. Select Sealer on the Run Mail screen.
2. Select Exit seal only mode. You return to the Run Mail screen.
