• 3.5 in. x 5 in. postcard size

Maximum

• SendPro MailCenter 1000 and SendPro MailCenter 2000: 13 in. x 14 in.
• SendPro MailCenter 3000: 15 in. x 15 in.

Envelope thickness

Minimum

• SendPro MailCenter 1000 and SendPro MailCenter 2000: 0.007 in.
• SendPro MailCenter 3000: 0.004 in.

Maximum

• SendPro MailCenter 1000 and SendPro MailCenter 2000: 0.625 in.
• SendPro MailCenter 3000: 0.75 in.

Envelope flap depth for sealing

Minimum

• 1 in.

Maximum

• SendPro MailCenter 1000 and SendPro MailCenter 2000: 3 in.
• SendPro MailCenter 3000: 3-7/8 in.

Envelope flap angles for sealing

• For envelopes with a flap length from 1 to 2.36 inches, the minimum flap angle is 18 degrees.
• For envelopes with a flap length greater than 2.36 inches to the maximum flap length for the particular model, the minimum flap angle is 21 degrees.

Acceptable envelope materials

Material type and finish must be matte and may include (if available in your market):

• White Wove
• Kraft/Brown Kraft
• Manila
• Envelopes made of recycled paper
• Self-seal envelopes
• Tri-fold tabbed (2 tabs minimum) inserts, 20-28 lb
• Cranes Crest

Caution

Do not use envelopes or fliers made with glossy materials or also Tyvek® envelopes. Also, do not use envelopes too fragile (such as air mail and onion skin envelopes) to pass through the feeder.
