Installing the PitneyShip Cube driver on an additional computer for PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, and PitneyShip Enterprise

After initially installing your PitneyShip Cube, you may need to install the driver on another computer.

Prepare your PitneyShip Cube

1. (Optional) If you will be using the wired connectivity method, plug the USB cable into your Cube and your computer now.
   
2. Turn on your PitneyShip Cube. The Cube must be powered on to complete the installation process.

Set up the PitneyShip Cube on a Windows PC

1. Log in to PitneyShip or PitneyShip Pro on the additional computer.
2. Click Settings > My Devices.
3. Click Setup your PitneyShip Cube.
4. Click Start Set Up.
5. Click Get Started.
6. Click Download DeviceHub.
7. Once the download is complete, open the DeviceHub_CubevXX.XX.X.exe file. This will launch the guided installation.
8. Click Install. DeviceHub and the PitneyShip Cube driver will install.
9. When the installation is complete, click Finish.
10. When asked, "How do you want to connect your Cube?" select either USB or Wi-Fi.

USB (Wired) Connection

1. Go to Start > Settings > Printers and Scanners. Confirm that the printer driver installation was successful. Your PitneyShip Cube will be on your printer list as Pitney Bowes Printer and Scale.
2. Once you have confirmed the installation was successful, return to PitneyShip and click Close.
3. Click Next. This may take a few minutes.
4. Sign in to DeviceHub:
   • Select Sign in Here to sign in in the DeviceHub window, or
   • Select Sign in with Browser to sign in in a new browser tab.
5. Select your location from the drop-down menu and click Next.

Wi-Fi (Wireless) Connection

1. Click Yes if your PitneyShip Cube has a slow blinking light. If your PitneyShip Cube has a fast blinking light, or shows a different LED color, tap No.
2. Select your Wi-Fi network and click Next.
   • If you do not see a list of Wi-Fi networks, click Refresh list and select your Wi-Fi network.
   • Note: Your PitneyShip Cube must connect to the same network as your Windows PC.
3. Enter your Wi-Fi password and click Next.
4. Your PitneyShip Cube will now connect to your Wi-Fi network. This may take a few minutes. Once your PitneyShip Cube is connected, click Close.
5. Click Next. This may take a few minutes.
6. Sign in to DeviceHub:
   • Select Sign in Here to sign in in the DeviceHub window, or
   • Select Sign in with Browser to sign in in a new browser tab.
7. Select your location from the drop-down menu and click Next.

Set Up the PitneyShip Cube on a Mac

1. Log in to PitneyShip or PitneyShip Pro on the additional computer.
2. Click Settings > My Devices.
3. Click Setup your PitneyShip Cube.
4. Click Start Set Up.
5. Click Get Started.
6. Click Download DeviceHub.
7. Once the download is complete, open the DeviceHub_CubevXX.XX.X.exe file. This will launch the guided installation.
8. Click Continue to start the guided installation.
9. Click Install.
10. If prompted, enter your system password and click Install Software. DeviceHub and the PitneyShip Cube driver will be installed.
11. If prompted, enter your system password and click Update Settings.
12. When the installation is complete, click Close.
13. When asked, "How do you want to connect your Cube?" select USB or Wi-Fi.

USB (Wired) Connection

1. On your computer, select Finder > Applications > System Preferences > Printers and Scanners. Confirm that the installation was successful. Your PitneyShip Cube will be in your printer list as Pitney Bowes Printer and Scale.
2. Once you have confirmed the installation was successful, return to PitneyShip and click Close.
3. Click Next. This may take a few minutes.
4. Sign in to DeviceHub:
   • Select Sign in Here to sign in in the DeviceHub window, or
   • Select Sign in with Browser to sign in in a new browser tab.
5. Select your location from the drop-down menu and click Next.

Wi-Fi (Wireless) Connection

1. Tap Yes if your PitneyShip Cube has a slow blinking light. If your PitneyShip Cube has a fast blinking light, or shows a different LED color, tap No.
2. Select your Wi-Fi network and click Next. If you do not see a list of Wi-Fi networks, click Refresh list and select your Wi-Fi network. Note: Your PitneyShip Cube must connect to the same network as your Mac.
3. Enter your Wi-Fi password and click Next.
4. Go to Finder > Applications > System Preferences > Printers and Scanners.
5. Click the + icon.
6. Select Bixolon Printer and Scale.
7. Under the Use drop-down menu, select PitneyBowes Printer and Scale and click OK.
8. Click Add.
9. Confirm that the Bixolon Printer and Scale is showing in your Printer list.
10. Return to PitneyShip and click Close.
11. Click Next. This may take a few minutes.
12. Sign in to DeviceHub:
    • Select Sign in Here to sign in in the DeviceHub window, or
    • Select Sign in with Browser to sign in in a new browser tab.
13. Select your location from the drop-down menu and click Next.
