Delivering a pouch from the desktop in PitneyTrack Inbound or PitneyTrack Enterprise

Delivering packages that are in a pouch is slightly different from delivering individual packages.
Watch this video or follow the steps below to learn how deliver a pouch from the desktop in PitneyTrack Inbound.
- From the Receiving menu, select Pouch under Deliver.
- In the Pouch ID field, scan the pouch barcode, enter the pouch tracking number manually, or click + to generate a unique tracking number for the pouch. The packages in the pouch are listed in the Packages section.
- If needed, update the Carrier, Sender, Recipient, Status, Location, or Given To.
- Select Save or Save & Print.
