Unable to process files in the BPOD Splitter Tool in SendPro Enterprise, SendSuite Live or SendSuite Xpress
Check the Output Path selected for where the files will download if you are unable to process files in the BPOD Splitter Tool from the USPS Business Customer Gateway.

Nothing happens when you click on the Process File(s) button during the download of Bulk Proof of Delivery (BPOD) files from the USPS Business Customer Gateway. This problem occurs while using the BPOD Splitter tool.
There is an issue accessing the output path.
Check the Output Path selected for where the files will download:
- Ensure the path is accessible.
- Ensure there is no lag accessing the path.
- If path is set to a Network Drive, test if downloading to a local drive on the computer works.
