Editing the Differential Weighing threshold on the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto
Edit the Differential Weighing threshold to set the minimum weight each mailpiece must weigh before the device will print your mail.
Products affected: SendPro® C Lite, SendPro® C, SendPro®+, SendPro® C Auto (8H00, 9H00)
To edit the minimum weight each mailpiece must weigh while using Differential Weighing, you can set the Differential Weighing Threshold.
You can set the threshold weight in multiples of 0.1 ounces up to 8.8 ounces. For example, 0.1, 0.2 or 0.3.
- Tap Print on Envelopes on the Home screen.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Mailer ID.
- Tap Differential Weighing.
- Select the desired weight from the Threshold menu.
- Tap the back arrow to return to the Print on Envelopes app.
