"UPS account number that was provided as the payment method is missing or invalid" message in SendPro Enterprise
When printing a label for a shipment which is being billed to a Third Party UPS account, the message "UPS account number that was provided as the payment method is missing or invalid" appears.
Either there is a lack of permission within UPS to bill the target account, or the account number entered is incorrect.
Verify the accuracy of the account information. If the issue persists after the account number is verified, then the source of the problem is a lack of permission within UPS to bill to the selected account.
Contact the owner of the target account to ensure that permission to bill the account is set up correctly with UPS. The account holder should contact UPS to ensure that the correct settings are present on their end. You will need both the Ship To and Ship From account numbers.
