Updating your PitneyShip subscription

PitneyShip offers different subscriptions that include certain features. You can upgrade your plan to access different features.

PitneyShip offers different subscriptions that include certain features. You can upgrade your plan to access different features.

  • If you are not the account holder, you will not see these options. Contact your administrator.
  • If you are the account administrator but you do not see these options, please chat with us for assistance.

Important: Your original subscription terms determine whether you can change your subscription. Depending on your subscription type and purchase agreement, you may have restrictions that limit your available options.

Determining which method to use

There are currently two different user menus with different instructions.

  1. Sign in to PitneyShip.
  2. Select your name in the upper right.
  3. Choose the option that matches your menu:
    If your menu looks like this, use Method 1.

Method 1

  1. Sign in to PitneyShip.
  2. Select your name in the upper right.
  3. Select Plan Options to view your current plan and any upgrade options.
    If you don't see Plan Options, try Method 2.
  4. Once rerouted to the upgrade page, select the desired plan by clicking on Choose Plan.
  5. Fill out the required information and select Continue.
  6. Verify the information entered is correct and click Continue.
  7. If any changes to the Subscription Payment Method are required, select Edit.
  8. If no changes are needed, click the Place Order button.

Method 2

  1. Sign in to PitneyShip.
  2. Select your name in the upper right.
  3. Select Manage Subscription.
    If you don't see Manage Subscription, try Method 1.
  4. To change your plan, select Change Plan.

  5. Choose the Select Plan button next to the plan you wish to change to.
  6. If the plan change requires you to change the number of users on your subscription, you will see a notification. Select Manage Users to go to the Users screen. Make the necessary changes and select Return to plan selection.
  7. On the Review Your Plan screen, select Update My Plan.
  8. To add an Add-On to your subscription, select Add in the Available Add-Ons section, then select Activate Add-On.
