Changing a user's password in the Supervisor App in SendPro Enterprise

Users with access to the Supervisor App can change a user's password if needed.

Users with access to the Supervisor App can change a user's password if needed.

  1. Sign in to SendPro Enterprise as a Supervisor user.
  2. Open the Supervisor app:
    • Select the Open icon to from the App Selection page, or
    • Select the MyApps button at the top and select the Supervisor App.
  3. Type the username of the user whose password you wish to change in the Search field and press Enter.
  4. Select the Edit button for that user.
  5. Select Change Password?.
  6. Type the new in the password and confirmation password fields.
  7. Select Save & Close.
