Ground rates are missing on the SendPro MailCenter
The new USPS Ground Advantage™ new service combines the services formerly known as USPS Retail Ground®, First-Class Package®, and Parcel Select Ground® on the SendPro® MailCenter.
Products affected: SendPro® MailCenter 1000, SendPro® MailCenter 2000, SendPro® MailCenter 3000
Issue
The ground and parcel services are missing from the menu.
Cause
The new USPS Ground Advantage™ new service combines the services formerly known as USPS Retail Ground®, First-Class Package®, and Parcel Select Ground®.
Resolution
Follow the instructions to use the new service, and to replace your presets and inscriptions.
