Printing domestic stamps using the PitneyShip Cube in the PitneyShip mobile app

As a PitneyShip Cube user, you can print one or multiple domestic stamps using the PitneyShip mobile app.

As a PitneyShip Cube user, you can print one or multiple domestic stamps using the PitneyShip mobile app.

  1. First-Class Mail Letter is the default mail type. To change it to First-Class Mail Large Envelope, or First-Class Mail Post Card, tap the arrow and navigate to your preferred mail type.

  2. Tap the scale icon to get the weight, or manually type the weight in the weight text box.

  3. Perform any of the optional tasks below to set up the stamps as needed.
  4. You can print multiple stamps for the same mail type by increasing the quantity. To increase the quantity, tap the + icon. To decrease the quantity, tap the - icon. The minimum quantity will always be set to one.
  5. Tap Print. If Print Options are enabled, this will take you to the Print Options screen. Review the print options, and tap Print Stamps.

Adding extra services

  1. To include extra services, tap + Add Extra Services. The available extra services will vary based on the selected mail type.
  2. Select the extra services you wish to include and tap Apply.

Assigning the stamp cost to a cost account

  1. Tap the ellipsis from the Stamps page.
  2. Tap Print Options.
  3. Select the desired cost account from the dropdown.
  4. Tap the back arrow to return to the Stamps page.

Entering notes for your transaction history

  1. Tap the ellipsis from the Stamps page.
  2. Tap Print Options.
  3. Enter the note (up to 50 characters) in the Memo/Reference field.
  4. Tap the back arrow to return to the Stamps page.

Changing the ZIP code the mail is being sent from

By default, the ZIP Code from the Sender address will be filled in. You can change this ZIP Code.

  1. Tap the ellipsis from the Stamps page.
  2. Tap the ZIP Code field and type the desired ZIP Code.
  3. Tap Apply.

Changing the print date

  1. Tap the ellipsis from the Stamps page.
  2. Tap Date to Print.
  3. Tap No Date, Tomorrow, or Another Date.
