Restoring a deleted package record in PitneyTrack Inbound

If you accidentally delete a package record, you can restore it.
Products affected: PitneyTrack® Inbound

If you accidentally delete a package record, you can restore it.

  1. From the Receiving menu at the top, select Current under Packages.
  2. From the All Packages status menu, select Deleted.
  3. Select the arrow next to the desired package to expand it and view the details.
  4. Select Restore.
