Connecting your WooCommerce store to the PitneyShip mobile app allows you to manage data between both platforms.

Before connecting your WooCommerce store to the PitneyShip mobile app, you need your store URL, Consumer Key, and Consumer Secret.

Obtaining your Consumer Key and Consumer Secret

  1. Sign in to your WooCommerce account.
  2. Go to Settings > WooCommerce > Advanced>Rest API.
  3. Select Add Key.
  4. Enter a description for the API key.
  5. Select the User to associate with the API key.
  6. Set the Read/write permissions for the API key.
  7. Select Generate API Key.
  8. Copy and save the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret. You will need this information when you connect your store to the PitneyShip mobile app.

Connecting your WooCommerce store to the PitneyShip mobile app

  1. From the Home screen, tap Orders.
  2. Tap the ellipses on the Manage Orders page.
  3. Tap Add Store.
  4. Tap the WooCommerce icon from the list of stores.
  5. Enter your Store URL in the Store URL field.
  6. Enter your Consumer Key in the Consumer Key field.
  7. Enter your Consumer Secret in the Consumer Secret field.
  8. Tap Submit.
  9. (Optional) Select your default carrier and service settings and tap Save.
  10. You will now be on the Manage Orders page, and your orders sync. If your orders do not sync, tap on ellipses and tap Sync Orders. Once your orders sync, swipe down to refresh the existing orders.
