Stores no longer connect to ecommerce app in SendPro Enterprise
Previously functional store connections in the SendPro Enterprise ecommerce app have stopped working and orders no longer synchronize.
Effective October 11, 2023, Pitney Bowes deprecated v1 of its ecommerce API. SendPro Enterprise ecommerce apps below version 1.2318.0 must be upgraded to restore connectivity to online stores.
The SendPro Enterprise ecommerce app must be updated. This work must be performed by a qualified Pitney Bowes Service Professional. If you need further assistance, please chat with us.
