Configuring the Desktop Client for Relay Integrity Express

Configuring the Desktop Client for Relay Integrity Express automates the upload and download process.

1. Log in to Relay Hub.
2. Select Settings > Download Clients > Download Desktop Client.
3. Extract the downloaded file to C:\Relay Hub\.
4. Browse to C:\Relay Hub\ and create a new folder call HotFolder.
5. Open Command Prompt. This step can only be completed as an admin.
   1. Right click on Windows Start > Search.
   2. Type Command Prompt.
   3. Right-click on Command Prompt and click Run as administrator.
   4. Select Yes if the Windows User Account Control prompt is displayed.
6. Type CD C:\Relay Hub\ and press Enter.
7. Type run.bat and press Enter.
8. Select Install Service.
9. Enter the Email, Password and Server URL and select Auto Start.
10. Select Browse and browse to C:\Relay Hub\ and select HotFolder.
11. Select Start Service.
