Viewing and exporting user activity in PitneyShip Pro, PitneyShip Enterprise, ShipAccel, PitneyTrack Asset, PitneyTrack Inbound, PitneyAnalytics, and the Locker Management Module
Administrators can see users' signins to the system and activity such as creating and editing items in the system. The logs are updated hourly. The activity logs can be exported if needed.

Administrators can see users' signins to the system and activity such as creating and editing items in the system. The logs are updated hourly. The activity logs can be exported if needed.
- Select Settings > Activity Logs.
- Select the tab for the type of activity you wish to view:
- Sign In Log: Users signing in to and out of the system
- Event Log: User activity such as creating and editing items
- Login Policy: Users accepting the login policy (PitneyShip Enterprise only)
- (Optional) Select the data you wish to view:
- Select the calendar icon to change the date range displayed.
- User the Search field to search for a user by email address.
- Select the All Events and All Types menus to filter on the types of items.
- (Optional) Select the View Details tab to see more information about the event.
- To export the activity log, select Export.
- When you see the message Are you sure you want to download file?, select Download.
- Follow your browser's prompts to save the file. It may be automatically downloaded to your Downloads folder.
- (Optional) Select the Export Status tab to view the status, download the file again, or delete the file.
