Viewing asset history in PitneyTrack Inbound

You can view the history of all of the assets in the system.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

1. From the Asset menu, select Recent Activity.
2. To view recent asset activity, select the Recent Activity tab.
   • By default, the recent activity list is sorted by date. To change the sort order, click on the column heading that you wish to sort by. Click the same column header again to reverse the order.
   • Use the filters and search box at the top to find assets as needed.  Any filters you apply will be remembered and will still be selected the next time you return to the Recent Activity list.
3. To view the list of all assets, select the Asset List tab.
   • Use the filters and search box at the top to find assets as needed.  Any filters you apply will be remembered and will still be selected the next time you return to the Asset List.
   • Select the arrow next to an asset to view its complete history.
4. Select Refresh to refresh the asset information.
