Reprinting a coversheet in PitneyShip Pro or PitneyShip Enterprise

You can reprint a coversheet up to 24 hours from the initial printing. After that, the reprint option will no longer be available. USPS coversheets can be reprinted once.

You can reprint a coversheet up to 24 hours from the initial printing. After that, the reprint option will no longer be available. USPS coversheets can be reprinted once.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

Reprinting a coversheet that you just printed

  1. In the confirmation of the coversheet that you just printed, select Reprint Coversheet.
  2. If prompted, select the printer you wish to use.
  3. Select the box to agree to the conditions.
  4. Select Reprint Coversheet.

Reprinting a coversheet from the History screen

  1. From the Shipping & Mailing menu, select Shipping & Postage History.
  2. Select the arrow next to the coversheet you wish to reprint.
  3. Select Reprint Coversheet.
  4. If prompted, select the printer you wish to use.
  5. Select the box to agree to the conditions.
  6. Select Reprint.
