Setting up the the Epic Systems connector in PitneyShip Pro or PitneyShip Enterprise
You can connect Epic Systems to transfer your pharmacy order data from Epic.

You can connect Epic Systems to PitneyShip Pro or PitneyShip Enterprise to transfer your pharmacy order data from Epic.
Before you begin
Before connecting Epic Systems, be sure you have the following information from Epic:
- Token Endpoint URL
- Web Services Endpoint URL
- Client ID
Connecting Epic Systems to PitneyShip Pro or PitneyShip Enterprise
- Open the connector screen:
- PitneyShip Pro or Office version of PitneyShip Enterprise:
- Select Shipping & Mailing > Advanced Shipping.
- Select Add a Connector.
- Warehouse fulfillment version of PitneyShip Enterprise:
- Select Settings > Integrations.
- Select Add Integration.
- PitneyShip Pro or Office version of PitneyShip Enterprise:
- Select Epic.
- Enter your Epic Token Endpoint URL, Web Services Endpoint URL, and Client ID.
- Click Connect.
- (Optional) Select your default carrier and service settings.
- Click Finish.
Disconnecting Epic Systems
In PitneyShip Pro or the Office version of PitneyShip Enterprise
- Select Shipping & Mailing > Advanced Shipping.
- Select the Epic logo in the upper right.
- Click Disconnect.
In the Warehouse fulfillment version of PitneyShip Enterprise
- Select Settings > Integrations.
- Select Disconnect next to the Epic integration you wish to disconnect.
