Setting up the the Epic Systems connector in PitneyShip Pro or PitneyShip Enterprise

You can connect Epic Systems to PitneyShip Pro or PitneyShip Enterprise to transfer your pharmacy order data from Epic.

Before you begin

Before connecting the Epic Systems connector, be sure you have the following information from Epic:

  • Token Endpoint URL
  • Web Services Endpoint URL
  • Client ID

Connecting Epic to PitneyShip Pro or PitneyShip Enterprise

  1. Select Shipping & Mailing > Advanced Shipping.
  2. Select Add a Connector.
  3. Select Epic.
  4. Enter your Epic Token Endpoint URL, Web Services Endpoint URL, and Client ID.
  5. Click Connect.
  6. (Optional) Select your default carrier and service settings.
  7. Click Finish.

Disconnecting Epic

  1. Select Shipping & Mailing > Advanced Shipping.
  2. Select the Epic logo in the upper right.
  3. Click Disconnect.
