Removing a ship requisition from SendPro Enterprise

Learn how to cancel a ship requisition when it is no longer required by the user who requested it.

  1. Open the MailCenter App.
  2. Select the Magnifying Glass Icon next to the Requisition and Tracking # box in the upper left of the screen.
  3. Search or scroll through the Requisitions box until you find the ship requisition you need to remove.
    • Important: The checkbox should default on the Generated box. Do not check the processed or cancelled box and attempt to delete.
  4. Once you have found the requisition, select one of the following options to remove it from the Generated area:
    • Cancel - Moves requisition to the cancelled area of the requisitions box but does not delete the shipment.
    • Delete - Deletes the requisition from SendPro Enterprise.
  5. After you have removed the ship requisition you can close out of the box to continue shipping.
