Installing the SendPro Enterprise v.3.45.0 installer for SendPro Enterprise versions 8.58.0 and higher

A new version of the SendPro Enterprise installer, v.3.45.0, must be installed in order to upgrade SendPro Enterprise.

Before you begin

  • Before installing this update, make sure that you have the new Cloud Credentials that were previously sent to you. If you do not have these Cloud Credentials, please contact us.
  • This installer points to a new endpoint for NuGet. Before starting the update, ensure that the following endpoint is accessible:
    https://nuget.pierbridge.net/production/spe-core/nuget/Search()?searchTerm=%27Composer%27
    If the endpoint is available, the following signin prompt will appear:
    NuGet endpoint signin prompt
    If the above signin prompt is not displayed, you will need to whitelist the following URL. Be sure to include the wildcard at the end.

Updating on-premise SendPro Enterprise version prior to 8.58

  1. Download the SendPro Enterprise Installer 3.45.0.
  2. Perform all necessary industry standard disaster recovery tasks.
  3. Uninstall the existing SendPro Enterprise installation.
    This only removes the installer, not the installed instance of SendPro Enterprise.

  4. Install the new SendPro Enterprise installation tool, version 3.45:
    1. Double-click on the installer file you downloaded in step 1.
    2. Click Next.

    4. Click Finish.

    5. When this message appears, click OK.

  5. Enter the Cloud Credentials that were sent to you and click Save.

    If this Settings window keeps returning after clicking Save, you likely cannot access the Pierbridge endpoint. Refer back to the Before you begin section for details on the required firewall exception.
  6. Proceed with updating the on-premise instance(s) as done in the past. For instructions, see:
