Running a carrier invoice adjustments report in PitneyAnalytics

Run a carrier invoice adjustments report in PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise to see the difference between the amount of postage paid vs. invoiced.

1. Select Analytics > Reports.
   

2. Use the filters to select the data you wish to view.

   

   1. Filter: The default value is Division/Region.
   2. Division/Region: Select the divisions you wish to view.
   3. Location: Select the locations you wish to view.
   4. Date Range: Select one of the preset time periods, or select Custom Range to enter a specific date range.
   5. Refresh: Once you have selected all of your options, click the refresh icon to display the report.

3. Select and arrange the data you want to view. If you select different options, click on the refresh icon to update the report.
   
   

   1. Click Columns to change the sort column.
   2. Click the checkbox next to the column names to select which columns are visible in the report. For this report, select Realized Savings and Total + Savings.
      
   3. Drag the columns or use the arrows to reorder the columns.
      
4. Use the search box to search the report.
5. Click the Export button and select a file format.
   
   If your report contains a large amount of data, it will be processed in the background and you will be notified when you can download it from the Exports tab.
