Printing a Certificate of Mailing on the Connect+ Series, SendPro P, SendPro MailCenter

To obtain a Certificate of Mailing, print the Proof of Induction postage information. You must use USPS® form 3817, 3665, or 3606-D for legal proof of mailing.

To obtain a Certificate of Mailing, print the Proof of Induction postage information. You must use USPS® form 3817, 3665, or 3606-D for legal proof of mailing.

  1. Select Jobs under Mailing on the Home screen.
  2. Select Create a New Job.
  3. Select the job type, which should be either Certificate of Mailing (Domestic) or Certificate of Mailing (International), then select OK.
  4. Select OK.
  5. Enter the single bulk payment amount, then print and attach it to Form 3817, 3665, or 3606-D.
