Reprinting USPS Presort Reports for PlanetPress Connect

If needed, you can reprint a USPS presort report for PlanetPress Connect.

1. In Windows Explorer, navigate to C:\pbCCMData\(Company Code)\()Job Code\Archive\Output\(Date)\(Time), where Company Code, Job Code, Date and Time are replaced by the values for your company and the job, date, and time you are looking for.
2. Open the file with the matching name and print as needed:
   • Presort Summary Listing = PSL
   • Presort Tray Tags = TPR
   • Report File = REPORTS
   • Verify CASS Summary (Form 3553) = CAS
   • Verify/MoveID Address Update Report = MVS
   • MoveID Address Update (CSV) = MVS.CSV
   • Presort Job Summary Report = PJS
   • Presort Mail Sort Listing = MSL
   • Presort Postage Statement Form = 360
   • Presort Qualification Report = PQR
