Issue

When creating a shipping label, the message "There was an error generating your label. Invalid address provided E412 - The delivery information does not match data for this city," appears.

Cause

There is a formatting issue with the sender address.

Resolution

  1. On the Create Shipping Labels screen, click on the Sender address and select Edit sender address.
  2. Delete and reenter the sender address, making sure that all of the information is correct.
  3. Select Done.
  4. Try printing the label again.
