Setting up default print options in ShipAccel

You can select the default print size for shipping labels, international documents, ship requests, receipts, and packing slips

1. Go to Settings​ > Print Options.
2. Select the Ship Orders tab.
3. Under Label Printing Method, choose how labels printed from the Ship Orders tab will print:
   • Print to PDF: The label opens as a PDF, which you can then print using your web browser's print function.
   • Print directly to printer: The label prints to the printer immediately when you click the Print button.
4. For each item and carrier, choose the default print size.
5. If you ship internationally and wish to print a Certificate of origin with each international label, select Print certificate of origin with shipping label next to International Documents.
6. If you use Summary Receipts and wish to print a Summary Receipt with each shipping label by default, select Print with shipping label next to Summary Receipt. (Optional) Select Customize to choose what information appears on your Summary Receipts.
7. If you wish to print a Packing Slip with each shipping label by default, select Print with shipping label next to Packing Slip. (Optional) Select Customize to choose what information appears on your Packing Slips.
