Required fields for shipping labels in ShipAccel

Administrators can require shipping labels to include the recipient email and phone number, and also require the package weight for USPS Flat Rate labels.

Requiring the recipient email and phone number

You can make the recipient email and phone number required for shipping labels. This setting is off by default.

1. Select Settings > Admin Options
2. Under Required Fields, select Make recipient email and phone number mandatory in shipping.

Requiring package weight for USPS Flat Rate packages

You can require the package weight to be entered for USPS Flat Rate packages so that the weight will appear in your history. If this setting is enabled, weight fields will appear when creating shipping labels for USPS Flat Rate packaging.

1. Select Settings > Admin Options
2. Under Required Fields, select Require package weight for USPS Flat Rate Packaging.
